Well aside from the fact that the 4th Kazekage is Gaara's father, we don't really know that much about him or what kind of jutsu he used. The 4th Hokage on the other hand...

the fourth beat out oro for hokage and oro killed the kazekage faster than temari beat tenten so id say the hokage

Actually I think it was Kimimaro that killed the Kazekage (on Orochimaru's orders of course).

No. What the anime showed(I'm oreaty sure it was anime only) was that Orochi, Kabuto, and Kimi all took down the 4th and his bodygaurds.

we know nothing of the kazekage. we have seen 3 and have only seen 2 in action. one of the ones we saw wasnt even human at the time


the hokage on the other hand have been built up to us for the entire series to be the biggest badasses of the shinobi world

1st hokage was the greatest shinobi of his generation and only madara could stand up to him. was able to control the bijuu

the 2nd was probably next in line of that generation after his brother and madara. could use high level water jutsu without the need for there to be water around

the 3rd is known and the professor and GOD OF SHINOBI. is said to be a master of all techniques known to leaf village outside of kekkei genkai and possibly clan moves

4th hokage had one of the great villages so afraid of him that there was a retreat on sight order. he killed 50 shinobi in the blink of an eye. created a jutsu that summons the god of death.



the 4th kazekage: was killed by either oro or one of oro's underlings. he wanted gaara dead yet he kept sending others to do it instead of doing it himself...meaning that, jinchuuriki or not, its possible a 6 year old could have taken him >_>


we know so little of the kazekage that i don't even know how this can be a question. the answer is 100% unknown. everything would be raw speculation

i dont think the 4th was so broken i mean come on he killed 50 bad ninjas in a blin of an eye so does the emo kid as well. so he sealed the fox inside is son bo who thats still notting kisame all day LOL

So the 3rd hokage mastered some techniques. So the 1st hokage could tame some animals. So tsunade can bench press an impressive amount. So shikamaru is pretty smart.

And who's to say they were bad ninja? For all we know those were hidden stones 50 best jonin. and really i don't care if they were lab rats with cancer. the impressive part isn.t necessarily WHO he killed, but how quickly he accomplished it. how do you respond to that

this post doesn't even begin to make sense.

I think it was Kimi who killed the 4th Kaze (with Oro just getting the kill shot), and considering how powerful Kimi was...

Still, there is no comparison. 4th Hokage would win 999 times out of 1000.
