Basically you can exceed the 30 ninja limit . This I think is a way to keep tobi off the rogue list seeing as most decks use him like a no chakra or cost mission.

I don't get the first rule. What exactly does it mean?

EDIT: Anybody notice how the link brings you to the preview card and not the ruling?

Care to explain this? I think it's a nice change, as it allows more creativity in deck building, but I'm not a huge fan of 2+ clients in deck unless they really watch the clients they put out for this game now, especially who they reprint.

I just added this to the first ruling to make it more simple to understand: "You can now have more than 30 Ninjas in your Deck (Ex: You may play a Deck with 50 Ninjas in you so choose to.)"
