Naruto Shippuden 151

Filler arc is over, yeah?

still, overall, it feels lacking though, T_T

wish the ending of it would've been more epic

lol, yeah.

i thought it was something I was going to end up liking in the end,

seeing a gigantic fight, or something going crazy with the Utakata and his 6-Tails.

but really? we get like, one glimpse of it, then Pain shows up, we get a 2nd glimpse of what may be awesome-ness,

then it's over. and the arc has ended.

all that buildup, then dropped. >.>

the upside, it didn't drag, ahah. and for sure, next week the news of Jiraiya hits everyone! T_T

I sort of like it, though it would have been better if Utaka could fight without blowing bubbels -_-

Just watched 151 and I did think the ending was poorly done. Seriously he got taken out by a few missles? It was a preaty sad ending to, he finally comes to terms with being a master and then he dies -_-

On another note does anyone know the name of that song that was playing at the end? The one Yukimaru always played on the grass?

TBH i think the jutsu's of this arc < at least those from utakata and the ring leader of those bandits who's name i don't really care about remembering> and the guren arc <only her jutsu's though really> are of much higher quality than the ones made up before...especially of those during the great wall

its weird, there were bubble jutsu's in the great wall and yet i find utakata's techniques far more impressive. meh

i agree. pain or not a jinchuuriki shouldn't go down that easily. i mean he seriously got beat in one attack by the pain that everyone beats up? seriously, it feels like i see that pain in pieces more often than not lol. and utakata goes and gets one hitted by him

im also a bit disappointed at the lack of closure...what, is hotaru going to sit in that field of flowers for the next few years or something.

but i do agree with what someone else said. at least it isn't dragged out like last time. guren arc should have ended way before it did >_<

also think it was odd how naruto never found out about utakata. if you're gonna have naruto meet another jinchuuriki at least let them bond to some extent y'know. he bonded more with sora, who was only a psudoriki. even worse, it sounded like utakata suspected naruto was a jinchuuriki.

but still, for a filler arc it was pretty enjoyable. i hardly expect high quality from it. heck i barely expect quality from kishi himself nowadays, forget the ones who write the anime.

EDIT: in staying with filler tradition though, real naruto becomes pretty impressive, and we don't see it at all in the filler. it was part of what made the great wall lame. before the great wall naruto was pretty much established as the strongest genin in leaf village who was even able to come up with good plans here and there when necessary. then most of the time we didn't see that power. same thing now, kakashi said a while ago that naruto had surpassed him...didn't see any of the new badass naruto. just the same old idiot. I'm really tired of filler making his ability inconsistent
