Effect: Target (2) becomes the user of a copy of Target (1), meeting all “requirements” if it has any. You can select a target (if any) for the ‘copy’, paying the Jutsu cost of the ‘copy’, including any discard for “X” (if any). In that case, apply the effect of the ‘copy’.
