Back in the older days of this game pins used to come with the kits, no form. And if you happened to win everytime that meant you got the pin everytime so it was pretty easy to collect up pins back then. I myself have multiple genins, a few chunins and my jonin pin.

they stoped sending pins in normal kits during the grt program for a few kits

your meijin can get the forms of the yahoo group and fill them out for the pin to be sent to you

What about Chunnin pins, I have won enoght genins to get a jonin pin, and I've sent in for Chunnin and jonin, but I've never received anything.
