Help W/ an EDH Deck

I was poking around the format and it looks pretty fun and interesting and i think i want to use Sasuke/Sakura as my General for the cards you can use with its elements unless there is a better Fire/Wind Platoon Out there...

An 80 card deck of 1 of's seems like to much for me to go through all my stacks of cards, about 30 tins and 10 Booster boxes filled with random cards, to look for cards that i may use in a deck just for fun, so...

I have made this thread asking for other people on this forum to give me a little help with some of the basics and some cards i should use in Fire/Wind EDH, I dont want a deck list i just want some help, i have a few Q's about deck building for EDH

1) About how many ninjas should I use in an EDH deck?

2) About how many T-0's should i use?

3) About what ratio should i run my missions/jutsus?

4) What should i use?

3) about 12/28 (might want to cut it down (jutsus) to use clients though)

if possible make sure to use some form of a board clearing effect. such as F and L and being a fool. or even tides of deadly combat. also i like to run three clients or so but i run two lesser ones that if i hit before my michiru (my main client) i will play but if michiru is already out there i use them for HC

Sasu/Kura is pretty good in EDH due to the fact that you can have Shino and Kiba in there so you can run Kiba/Aka Squad along with Shino/Kiba, both being pretty staple squads.

I'd say run Field Control with Fire and and then use the Overall Control part of Wind to rush in for a quick game.

I'm not gonna post my exact deck but for the Fire portion, focus on Uchiha based cards with Kiba & Akamaru mixed in.

For the wind part, use puppets with Shino mixed in.

So far Sasuke/Sakura has the most consistent win rate out of all my EDH decks (tied with Fourth/Gamabunta).
I'm gonna try my hand at Ino & Ino again very soon.
