Okay so here are the new things

-All cards that mill are now banned
-All cards that nuke the opponents chakra [only the opponents] are now banned [forgot to add yorori and kisame, ill do that in a sec]
-All cards that 'recycle' are now banned. [except box lunch, which will be limited in a second]
