updated the rules with a few things i forgot to talk about. mainly that you cannot have general in play like kisame itachi with kisame or itach in play. also to whoever said only hand costs should have to be on color. that just makes it the same as the other format but a lot bigger.

yes early game struggles to hit but all elements do ok.

So I have an honest question on your rules, you state that I can only play 1 of any given card then say I can play cards of the same name, so can I do this:

Gaara of the Desert [Sand Coffin]
Gaara of the Desert [Immense Power]
Gaara of the Desert [Tragic Name]

Or is something else?

That would seem right. If not, then this will be really hard.

But I do like this format. It gives us the chance to play those cards we just couldn't play due to something having to be run in multiples. I've always liked Gaara SC, but with IP and TN, you never had room. Now we do. I've also like Tsunade Big Tree, but with Presence and EoTM (well I could play Tsunade with EoTM but I hate dead draws) I never got the chance. Now we can finally use her.
