Qualifying for a Chunin Tournament

How many points do you need or tournaments do you need to win to become eligible for a Chunin Tournament?

Additionally, how many players do you need at a certain level to host a Chunin Exam at your venue?

Anyone can play in a Chunin. The only time there was qualifying was for Sannin, and you don't even need that anymore.

Also to host a chunin, when the next chunin season comes around your meijin will have to send in that he wants to run one. If you get chosen then you get a chunin. It usually goes to whichever venue has the most players in the state.

When do the Chunin Tournaments happen? I'm from Nebraska and
I don't see one for us in the next month, so I guess I already missed it.

Do you know if any of your stores applied for it? It's possible either none applied or none qualified.
