Which Naruto Character had the most saddest part?

Naruto I think had a sad past along with Sasuke I think of them even, but Naruto was alone from the begining while Sasuke had a family, Sasuke had his family killed and re-shown to him right before his eyes while Naruto really never had anything to lose in the begining, Naruto was shunned because he had the demon fox wile Sasuke just pushed himself away really, Sasuke had basicly been lied to his whole life Naruto...okay can't say anything of that about Naruto they kinda lied to him too with the demon fox and his dad and everything. One is always ahead of the other in my mind, a never ending cycle, so I try to think of them as equal.

Sakura...no just no, wow you het picked on who doesn't? And it's just your forehead, I mean COME ON. Half of the characters don't have parents as far as we know! And your worried about your forehead which when you think about it if Naruto, Sasuke, Tenten, Ino, so on so forth their headband fit on as good as yours if not more, so then your forehead isn't that big then is it? My god have some courage....

Kakashi, no, I woudln't consider it sad more of traumatic. Your 7, yout father kill himself right in front of you, he thought of his father disgraceful. If someone, my only parent, killed themself right in front of me, I'd be traumatized. Now 13 being sent t out to a godd*mn war, and you go help your friends and get knocked unconcious and when you wake up one of your friends (or 1 1/2) the half or the other half is smushed, and you have your eye taken out and replaced with another, it's sad...but more traumatizing then sad, plus I think he helped with the NineTails incident os that must've been friggen scary.

Lee, wasn't that sad but more you just felt bad for him. It's diffrent then Sakura it isn't a physical thing (at least I wouldn't consider it) but more spiritual. The kids made fun because he could'nt use the ninjutsu things, as if it were his fault and he always tried his hardest.

Neji is pretty sad, he was kind of lied ot or more so Hiashi never told him, but you can sympathize towards him.

Hinata is pretty sad being disregarded by your family, your own family, that's sad.

Chouji had a Sakura.

Ino, Shikamaru, Kiba, Gai, Kurenai, Asuma, and others are the rare characters that have popularity for no sad or traumatic past.

While as Tenten and Shino suffer from no screentime.

Maybe itachi,i mean afterall he had to kill his best friend.Then danzo and the elders and the 3rd. made him kill all of his clan and family.
Which probably sucked even worse,but he had to in order to save the leaf village.Then being called a tratior and sasuke who hated him didn't even know how much he cared for him.So yeah,his life sucks.

They all had rather sad parts and it seems to be more rule than exeption in Naruto. But you forgot Gaara who also had sad part becouse of same reason as Naruto had. Difference is way he handled it. When Naruto pulled of misschief to get attention, Gaara shunned himself from other people and started to hate them.

Itachi's life did suck, too much. I felt really bad for him. He had a horrible life but I think he was happy just knowing his brother was alive and well, cause you see how sad he got when they thought Sasuke died?

I guess I did forget about Gaara, I would say Naruto life was a bit better then Gaara's in the first part but in second I would say Naruto life, in shippuden his life went downhill IMO.

Kimimaro had the saddest life he had a family, but they were raving lunatics that only thought of him as a weapon. He was locked up in a cage for most of his youth never saw the light of day unless it was during one of his families stupid feuds. Then he gets taken in by orochi and is only thought of as a new body for him and is never really respected. Then he dies of a disease right before sasuke takes his job away. SAD

Saddest character part is Kurenai after Asuma's death, or Yugao after Hayate's. Kurenai especially, when you consider she lost her lover and now has to tell the child when its born that his/her daddy died in combat.

What about Tsunade? She had both her loved ones killed one after another. And one of them right in front of her eyes, and as great a medical ninja as she is, she could do nothing about it. Besides Jiraiya, it didn't look like there was anyone to really console her either.

I look at it like this
Naruto-An orphane since birth.It's sad,but common. also he was hated by just about everybody that could help him. But sometimes you did see him play with the other kids so that makes his story a little better.

Sasuke- He saw his family slaughtered. And his brother made him watch it(yes I know itachi isn't a bad guy but come on.

Kakashi-His father hung himself when he was 7. at 14 he saw his best friend die because of an error that he made.

Garra- feared by everyone. the one person that he thought really cared for him tried to kill him.

Sakura- ok, she made fun of it's something that just about every kid endures at one point or the other.

Shikamaru- his story got alittle sad during shippudden with asuma's death.

Choji- like sakura he was made fun of.

Kimmi- the kid was treated as a weapon and nothing more.

Over all I think sasuke has the most depressing back story. I mean having to watch you entire family butchered by the person that you admire so much. Even if there was a really good reason behind it.

I understand why Itachi did what he did. But still.

i think those are my top 4...honestly i cant think of a number 5+ at all >_>. i mean there was some depressing stuff here and there but those are the only 4 points where i felt my heart jerk in my chest

being common doesnt make it less sad. if anything it makes it sadder imo. and they were playing together because they were there. they were hardly his friends. spending time playing with people who arent your friends is depressing, especially when you realize they arent your friends...

Overall I think Sasuke and Naruto are equal at the begining of the series Sasuke beat him but everything that he's put Naruto through and everything Naruto's been through without Sasuke makes them equal IMO.
