Yeah, it looks a lot like the last Jiraiya I made; it kinda is. Honestly, I'm just not that fond of "Vanilla" Jiraiya, but Sage Mode Jiraiya, that I am a fan of, and it is one of the coolest Jiraiya images I have ever seen; started my Sage Craze, and when I found the better version of it (this one), I just had to use it, especially if this is Jiraiya's last showing in this contest. His hair messed up in a small spot, but I just can't care; PhotoDraw sometimes does that. Anyway, I like to think I looked at the down-points the other had, and maybe improved on them, some.
His second effect is cheese, maybe, but his summoning is a bit tricky (requires cards that don't exist, but neither does he  ), needing a paid for Jiraiya in play, and Shima, Fu.kasaku, or both in play, as well, still with its own HC. Unlike Sasori, the Jiraiya also needs to be in play, not also the grave. Also, he isn't OC-powered. Overall, I kinda like it. A few Jiraiya jutsus become really cool, like Rasengans, and other stuff I won't waste time listing.
