Background: Ichisame was born to Naruto Uzumaki, the 7th Hokage, and Hinata Hyuuga, the head of the Hyuuga clan. Dispite being the child of two of the most important figures in the village, one of which is a jinchuuriki, Ichisame had a normal childhood. Ichisame seemed to worship the Second Hokage, and practiced hard in perfecting Water jutsu. He also managed to invent a new form of techniques: Metal Style Jutsu. Using these two elements, Ichisame spends most of his days tinkering with new jutsu.

Appearance: Slim figure. Slim black pants with drk blue knees and drk blue pouch on each thigh. drk blue short sleeved shirt with a hood and with clan design in center (i will post a pic in a lil bit :]) over that shirt is a black jacket zipped up somewhere between a quarter and a half of the way up and has a blue clan symbol on the back. the jacket has a few pockets on the front and steel pointed studs up the sleeves. drk blue/black striped fingerless gloves on each hand. black sandals. black hair somewhat spikey( might post pic if i feel like drawing) with blue bangs. bright blue eyes, almost silvery. pale skin. somewhat happy expression, like someone who finally got a chance to go to the bathroom after being stuck in traffic for 4 hours. white teeth.

Background: Grew up in Waterfall village with mother father and sister. His parents originally were from Mist village but left when their clan was being hunted. father died while on a mission when he was 12 and his sister at age 15 went rogue a few days later. his mother is not a ninja. became a chunin at age 14 and jonin at 17. while on a mission at age 15, he unlocked his kekkei genkai which allows him to control water (think haku because this is the same clan) and ended up saving his squad mates.

Physical: Good amount of chakra... compare to Kakashi.... he's really fast.. like might guy speed... generally not very strong

Personality: funny sometimes. kind. generous. quiet mostly
Weapons:kunai, shuriken, exploding tags, 2 bottles of water(just in case no water around and tough enemy)

Weakness: Earth and sometimes fire. jests about sister can aggravate him and make him lose concentration but at the same time he puts a lot more strength into attacks. doesnt much like long drawn out fights. gets bored if it isnt exciting.

Jutsu: Substitution, Escape, Clone, Wind control(can control wind somewhat... like if he throws a shuriken, can move it during its thrown course)

Wind Style: Sliver( Blurs his movements by moving the air around him so fast that it actually bends the light ) Great Breakthrough...

Water Style: Tumble ( Makes water in the air condense to form thick fog on the ground sort of like hidden mist ) Wall ( Creates a large wall of water in front of him to potentially protect against different forms of attacks like fire )

Ice style: Cutting blade ( creates a med length sword made of ice ) Dry Freeze ( causes water to instantly freeze [go figure] ) Crack ( cause ice to shatter into thousands of tiny sharp blades ) Swirl ( causes water or ice to.. um... swirl... around )
