Approval for Store

Hi there,

i just recently was appointed like, the head meijin of the store I play at. [since our previous head meijin is stepping down for a bit because of time conflicts with his job]

i wanna know, is there any need, if so, any way or process for on the TOP or the Organized Play website to designate me as the meijin [or head meijin if even] of the store?

Our store is All King's Men/Brain Games, Warren, MI. when i created a venue on the TOP software i recently downloaded, it said I needed approval. so i sent for approval, was that necessary, even though All King's Men/Brain Games is already an approved location, etc.?

also, will things get designated to me now? like my meijin said that, usually all the bandai support product that is sent to the store, and tournies are held under his name, but since he's stepping down, it all should go to me now, right?

I contacted Kim Logie, but she usually never replies back or anything, =/
