How long does it take for....

How long does it take for a venue to become valid/registered/approved or whatever? I submitted a bookstore last tuesday and haven't been able to upload tourneys b/c it says it's still pending. I want to hold on ASAP so I can get the old June/July Naruto prize box for my players. Kim Loegi (sp?) said the next prize box would be DBZ.

Also, how long does it take to receive a prize box? (So, my players will know, as well as me)
