My shop; trying to start naruto

My shop is currently trying to start naruto, its name is Alterniverse. However bandai has yet to respond to any of my requests for giving me tournament recognition, software, or kits. It has been over a month or two now.

It took us alittle over a month to get it up and running at the shop I go to. Its been like 2 or 3 months and my meijin said we should be getting "prize support" soon, Im not quite sure what exactly that is.

To give a rough timeline, I applied for Meijin status Mid Febuary for a new Venue. I was approved as a meijin late febuary. Then It took til about mid march to get the scheduling with my Venue finalized. Late March I got the events listed and Sancioned. April 19th I had my first event.

To answer Cory's Q? Prize support consists of a Playmat for the top player each week and platinum promos for each participent. The Meijin also gets a mat for Judging the events.

Heres a link to the application forms:
http://opprogram.com/bandai/information.php

Simply fill them out both out then Send both documents in an e-mail to kim(her e-mail is in the application) and fax both to Andrew (the fax # is also in the application).

I'm applying for Meijin status too and I was wondering if we need to fax to Andrew as well as send an e-mail to Kim. I just can't do either of the too? I have to do both?

You are supposed to do both, Having it e-mailed to Kim gets things moving faster but they need a hard copy of your signature on the release form for legal reasons, hence the fax.
