Old Meijin wanting to judge again

Hi I'm a meijin although I have been inactive but if I want to run tournaments again would I have to re-approved in order to use the new software I have a Bandai ID number I got from going to a Dragonball tourney a while back.

you need to dowload these forms, fill them out, and fax them to the number listed on it.

Edit: Then again, it still says GRT on the form, so you either need to put your bandai id# in place of the GRT username, or there is a new way to apply to become a meijin and they need to update the OP site.
