Glitch/Problem running software yesterday

Yesterday while running a tournament on the new software, I ran into a weird problem. When I finished entering results for round 2 and tried to go to round 3, an error message popped up (unfortunately I didn't write down what it said) and I had the choice to either continue the program and let it ignore the problem or quit the program. I didn't want to lose the results so I clicked continue.

Round 3 popped up and everything looked normal until I looked at the pairings. None of them were based on current scores, so I checked the results page and none of the scores for round 2 showed up. I couldn't figure out what the problem was. So I finally decided to delete Round 2 and put it back in by manually pairing.

That's where I ran into another problem (which may have had something to do with the first problem). A player dropped after round 2, and since I deleted round 2, I didn't have the option of undoing the drop. And I couldn't put him back into the tournament because the system kept telling me that he was already in the tournament (even though his name no longer showed up on the player list). So when it came to re-pairing round 2, I was missing a person. We had an odd number of players and I thought I might be able to get away with pairing the player that got the bye with the player who no longer had an opponent, but a bye counts as a win and the boy who dropped lost during round 2 . I was supposed to pair 2 players that both "won" their round

With all the frustration, I opened GRT and re-did the whole tournament, manually pairing rounds 1 and 2, and ran both programs for the remainder of the tournament.

I ended up solving the problem by just giving both guys a bye that round, and ignoring the problem with the missing player. The pairings matched up the way they should have, but no one had any tie breaker scores! There was no issue with picking the winner because he was the only undefeated player, but there is a difference between GRT and TOP in the order of other places.

Should I upload this tournament to the TOP website, or just upload to GRT and "cancel" my first TOP tournament?
