Naruto & Sasuke Platoon reducing cost

Okay from the looks of platoons I'm hoping this works. The Naurto and Sasuke Platoon lets you reduce the cost of 1 chidori or Rasengan jutsu card by 1 lightning or fire. Now the question is does this work for the Explosion of the Rasengan and Moonlight Rasengan? Since they have Rasengan in their name.
