N-423 Tsunade/M-us019 Attack from the Blind Spot vs N-us123 Sasuke
N-us123 contains ninja in it's team with entrance cost 2 and lower. It is already uneffected by N-423 but are the other cards would be. Would N-us123 be able to block regardless of who's in the team with it because it would be hindered from being sent out?
I rule in favor of Tsunade.
M-us019 Does will not be able to effect N-us123 by its effect but effects the 3 and less ninja in its team. Would N-us123 still be able to be sent out to block.
