n-377 and n-122, n-455

i would like to know if n-377 is a ninja effect and if it is ,are ninjas n-122 and n-455 affected by his effect or can they use justus to target him ?

N-377 is a ninja effect, yes.

N-377's effect protects itself, it does not target or "affect" other ninjas. As such, N-455 and N-122 cannot use Jutsu to affect N-377 unless they have the weapon attribute "genjutsu".
