If My opponent has Sasuke Uchiha n-us123 and I have Ino Yamanaka n-us013 and i use her effect and say one of the back ninjas of sasukes squad can only be sent out as a head ninja during the turn can sasuke still be sent out as a head ninja since he is unaffected by opponents effects.

Also if my opponent has sasuke n-us123 and a ninja with an entrence cost of 2 or less in his team could his team block a team that included orochimaru n-447.

no he cannot. Since N-US013 is not targeting N-US123, but targeting a back ninja, the target is N-US013 will have to be sent out as a head ninja in this case.

No it could not since one of the ninjas in N-US123 has 2 or less entrance cost.
