Question on 407 Kunihisa and 405 Karenbana

Kunihisa:
If I take my opponent's ninja and growth it, does that ninja stay on my side forever or will it go back to my opponent's board ?

Karenbana:
Does she activate more than once if more than 1 jutsu is being activated ?? Along with 375 Ino Yamanaka. Does she activate more than once as long as she's a user of a jutsu ?
