Ok, so i forgot something important. and that thing is, what happens to a team if the head ninja is remove from the field?

Scenario:

Player A sends out: N-064 Kakashi Hatake [EARLY SETTLEMENT] as head ninja, and N-365 Itachi Uchiha [FORMIDABLE VISUAL JUTSU] and N-371 The Fourth Hokage [LIGHTNING SPEED] as back ninjas.

Player B sends out: N-064 Kakashi Hatake [EARLY SETTLEMENT] as head ninja, and N-453 Itachi Uchiha [GOAL]and N-370 The Third Hokage [GUARDIAN OF THE VILLLAGE] as back ninjas.

Player A starts the exchange of Jutsus with J-006 8 Trigram Divination Seal Spell Formula (N-064 Kakashi Hatake [EARLY SETTLEMENT] being Player A's Jutsu User) targeting player B's N-370 The Third Hokage [GUARDIAN OF THE VILLLAGE]. Player B then responds by activating N-453 Itachi Uchiha [GOAL]'s effect, targeting Player A's jutusu user N-064 Kakashi Hatake [EARLY SETTLEMENT], N-453 Itachi Uchiha [GOAL] and N-064 Kakashi Hatake [EARLY SETTLEMENT] now become stand by ninjas, and J-006 8 Trigram Divination Seal Spell Formula fizzles away. Exhange of jutsus ends, and teams now look like this:

Player A has: No head ninja, and N-365 Itachi Uchiha [FORMIDABLE VISUAL JUTSU] and N-371 The Fourth Hokage [LIGHTNING SPEED] as back ninjas.

Player B has: N-064 Kakashi Hatake [EARLY SETTLEMENT] as head ninja, and N-370 The Third Hokage [GUARDIAN OF THE VILLLAGE] as a back ninja.

How does Player A calculate Team Power??

All teams, when sent out to battle, retain their positions when they were sent out. In your example Player A would use Itachi and the 4th's support, since they were sent out as back ninjas.
