Would [url=http://www.bandaicg.com/naruto/images/cards_s7/mus034.jpg]this[/url] Mission (Ninja) be considered a Vanilla Ninja for the purposes of [url=http://www.bandaicg.com/naruto/images/cards_s8/n291.jpg]Iruka Umino[/url] and [url=http://www.bandaicg.com/naruto/images/cards_s11/n450.jpg]Pakkun[/url]?

The reason I ask is because the Mission itself states the stats, attributes, etc. of the Mission so that it may perform as a Ninja card, but as it's not a Ninja it can't have a Ninja effect.

If the answer is no, could you please elaborate as to why?
