i need to know if you win one additional battle reward and not just one. because my friend is going to run it in an N vs S deck and i wanted to know if it you would win 3 battle rewards and not just two thanks.

You win 1 battle reward when his team wins a victory or outstanding victory. So when you play NvS, and you pay the one for him, it means that his team can win up to 3: 2 from NvS' effect, and 1 from his effect.
