OC (us123) vs Cursed Fate (us016)

I have a question about Cursed Fate(us016) vs OC Sasuke (us123). I am aware that Sasuke's effect makes no mission able to be attached to him but my question is when they put Sasuke into play can you chain to his effect with cursed fate? Before his effect resolves negating it. With his effect successfully negated you could Jutsu him away next turn.

The same thing would apply to cursed fate(us016) vs Itachi (365) right? When he comes into play his effect goes onto the chain and you respond with cursed fate negating it.

Wo0t I can feel a ruling against OC already!

The effect is continuous, not activated. N-365, however, is activated, and could be negated.
