if I put N-us103 into play by J-138 does J-138 discard, fizzle, stay into a void where cards arent meant to go... like never to be touched again by human hands (though you could use other body parts)

It would move to the discard pile. By moving the gigantic Sand Raccoon into play, you have finished the effect of J-138. Therefor, J-138 would move to the chakra area, and be immediately discarded by N-US103.
