Does this cards effect mean he cannot be blocked by a team of only 1 ninja with an entrance cost of 1 or less or that he cannot be blocked by a team that includes only 1 ninja with an entrance cost of 1 or less.
The effect reads like the second one is the case and that a team with an 3 ninjas with entrance costs of 5 3 1 cant block him since it includes only 1 ninja with an entrance cost of 1 or less.
