If My opponent has Sasuke Uchiha n-us123 and I have Ino Yamanaka n-us013 and i use her effect and say one of the back ninjas of sasukes squad can only be sent out as a head ninja during the turn can sasuke still be sent out as a head ninja since he is unaffected by opponents effects.

Also if my opponent has sasuke n-us123 and a ninja with an entrence cost of 2 or less in his team could his team block a team that included orochimaru n-447.
