question about n-255 & n-us084

are the effects of n-255 & n-us084 put on the chain and then the next time you use the justu's there free or do the justu and ninja effect resolve at the same time or something completely different... sorry if this question is worded bad i just dont really know how to ask it in a way that makes complete since.
