Combo Question for Ninja Dog Deck Out Deck

Both of my questions I'm guessing would have the same ruling overall, but I want to make sure and ask separately for all possible outcomes.

1) If my N-273 uses J-028 and becomes a 10 and uses J-236 to discard the top 10 cards of my opponents deck. If my N-333 uses J-365 targeting J-236 do I discard whatever my N-333's combat is which in this case would be a 6 or would it discard 10 because it is applying the "same" effect as the original?

2) I I send out my team of N-427/N-197/N-312/N-111 and another team of only N-333 then N-427 uses J-090 discarding the top 6 of my opponent's deck for having 3 "Animal"s in the team then N-333 uses J-365 targeting J-090 played by N-427. Do I discard 6 or None?

I would really appreciate the help on this.
