ANOTHER Opening question

It appears questions can't be answered outside the Q&A section. So I'll try again:

1) Basically, when does Opening's effect end? Does it keep Dynamic Marking's Effect while in the chakra area, or does it drop Dynamic Marking's effect as soon as it resolves, meaning it only works with the first part: looking at your opponent's top 5 cards?

2) Does Wolf Fang Over Fang's last line prevent you from targeting it with Opening, or does it only prevent you from using 2 Wolf Fangs?
