Say If Player A has Kimimaro-N305(Assault From Behind) going into battle and Player B has a team of 3 ninjas and has Ranmaru-N356(Life as Sensory Organs) in that team. Would Kimimaro effect still work during the exchange of jutsu

Kimimaro's effect would not work since Ranmaru prevents the head ninja of his team from being affected by Kimimaro's effect.
