Question

I have a question with J-374 Substitution Jutsu, when I swap my ninja lets say Naruto N-187 with another N-187 Naruto do I get to draw from his effect?
Or if I change the Ninja's like from N-372 The Fifth Hokage to N-370 The Third Hokage do I get to put growth coins on all my ninjas?
