Rich Knowledge how does it work?

I just understand can you say ninja or jutsu and does order of the cards matter?

First you shuffle your deck, then you pick a card type for the top card of your deck, then you pick a card type for the 2nd card of your deck, and then you reveal those cards.

If you picked the card type for both of the cards correctly, then you move those cards to your hand. If not, then you discard those 2 cards.
