Starter Deck card legality

So this is really dumb but are we allowed to use cards from the starter decks in tournaments now?

yes, at this time, the cards from the stater decks, including the ones that will be included in the upcoming booster release, are legal for sanctioned play.

other cards from the Set 11 booster set that are not a part of the Starter decks will become legal 1 week from the booster release, which is around Dec. 5.
