Question about J-365

Ok so if my opponent uses J-034 on my team and i use J-365 which states apply the same "target" and/or "effect" as the target, does that mean copy the target of the jutsu being copied as in (Target: Every Ninja Battling Against the User) and (Effect: Move the target back to the original owners hand).??
