KNS FE N-361 and the second hokage Water style N-369

I have the 4th (lightning speed) and KNS (Field exercise) on the same team

My opponent activates the seconds effect on my fourth

my question is would KNS negate the effect to my fourth because KNS says the head ninja can't be effected the oppenent by ninja effects

KNS N-361 only protects head ninjas from being affected by your oppenent's ninjas. Since head ninjas only exist during the battle phase, KNS N-361 will not stop N-369 The Second Hokage's effect since it occurs during the mission phase.
