If my opponent deploys a chunin or higher rank ninja and i use mission-047 to return it to their hand can they deploy another ninja during that turn? or does that ninja that was "Bounced" count as the deployment for the turn?

the ruling for the card will parrallel the previous ruling. the 'bounce' will allow the player to deploy a different named Ninja that turn.
