Clarification on Opening the Sharingan Eye(J-365)

I need to know how Opening the Sharingan Eye(J-365) works.

Does it apply the exact same target of the Jutsu being played or the target characteristics(i.e. 1 ninja, 1 ninja battling the user, ect.)?

Example:
My oppenent plays Fireball Jutsu(J-367) and targets my Kakashi(any), then I play OtSE w/ Kakashi as the user. Does it target the same target as as the oppenent chose(Kakashi) or can I choose 1 of his/her ninja as my "target"?

this card is basically the same effect as:

(J-147): Shuriken Shadow Clone Jutsu

please see the rulings for that card in the Set 4 Card rulings.

i will most likely do a write up on this card since there are so many questions regarding it.

since there were no questions regarding J-147, it was believed that this card would not have any problems.
