Rock Lee & Might Guy N-PR024
Does Rock Lee & Might Guy's (N-PR024) effect work with the new jutsus that have requirements "Rock Lee" or "Might Guy"? (J-348 and J-342)

an in-play Platoon counts as having both Ninjas in-play.

one or the other can fulfill a requirement of a given Ninja on a Jutsu or other card.

You misunderstand my question. I'm asking if the platoon's effect will reduce the jutsu cost to 1 lighting. The platoon says it reduces the cost of jutsus with requirements "Rock Lee", but these new jutsus have requirements "Rock Lee" or "Might Guy", not specifically Rock Lee.
