n-139 comes into play in inujured status but has the effect when he comes into play draw 1 card... but since its not valid does he negate his own effect due to the new rulings on the ninja effects?

doesn't negate his effect, his effect would fail.

when N-139 comes into play in any status, the effect will start a chain.

when that effect is ready to be applied, it will check on N-139's status.

only in injured status.

you can always chain to the effect with a healing effect.
