Stay Out of This and Sasuke OC and Caged Bird

Since you can chain missions to deployment of Ninjas, explain this please.
Player A plays Sasuke OC.
Player B plays a counter mission that puts Sasuke OC back into Player A's hand.

Does Sasuke's effect protect him?
Or does it not protect him because Sasuke is not officially deployed.

Same question but with caged bird. If Sasuke's effect does not immediately activate upon being deployed, then would Caged Bird work?

I did not provide card numbers because I'm asking general questions and using the cards as example. But here are the card numbers

M-047 Stay out of this!
M-150 Caged Bird
N-US123 Sasuke [Overflowing Chakra]

But the question is basically this.

When Sasuke gets deployed, according to the new rules a Chain starts. I chain with caged bird. So first caged bird resolves and then ownership transfer to my opponent. This happens before Sasuke's effect goes off so would caged bird work under the new ruling system?

Also, the same question with Stay out of this! I know this card can't target Sasuke because it only affects chunin or higher, but let's say that it could work on genin and no rank ninjas. Would it work on Sasuke or not?

the "cannot be affected by effects" effect is a continuous effect that comes into play as soon as teh Ninja enters play... similar to N-US014 that comes into play as soon as the Ninja is opposed/Battling.

unfortunatley, these Ninjas still cannot be affected by Caged Bird.

again, the effect is trying to affect the Ninja that cannot be affected by opponent's effects.
