Every year it's something different. Here are a few examples of the things I've seen given away or I've gotten for free at cons:

Posters
Manga
T-shirts(one year I came home with 13! Only 2 of which were extras.)
DVD's
Music CD's
Stickers
Promo Cards
Booster Packs
Demo Packs
Post Cards
Deck of Playing Cards(one of my faves)
Lithographs
Collectable Cards
Autographs(lol ok technically not given away, but you can get a whole bunch)
Video Game Demo's
the list goes on and on I just can't remember anymore at the moment...

No cons planned. MAYBE I'll go to Fanime con since supposedly they'll have Bandai CCGs there.

I'll go to Gen Con Indy some day.
