help a newb understand

new to all the names for decks, i only need one good answer for each, plz help me understand, if it relies on certian cards then post links or all the card numbers so i can look at the combo myself, or u can just explain it

need to know what 'sexy garra' is, sounds like a combo of sexy jutsu and garra to me, but need claification and card numbers,

need to know what 'freedori' is, sounds either like a way to recycle chidori from the discard pile, or just massicer your opponent with them, need clarification plz
