alright im playing my brother in a match and right now my team's blocking i have second hokage, sasuke/kakashi, and the third hokage[apw].....his teams are jiriya/naruto, gaara[agd] and inoichi....alright he's attacker and i blocked he played earth style headhunter jutsu [021] inoichi is user and i play apw's ability does my effect go first or his jutsu....plz reply quickly

3rds effect would kick before the Jutsu resolves.

Yes, the 3rd's effect can go off at any time, plus his priority comes before yours if he's attacking, so he would have to play something before asking you that.
