Question about rank in the game...

I was reading the Q & A Section and it said that you can Stay Out Of This! a Sasuke [Thirst for Power]. This perplexed me. He is a Rouge Ninja and Stay Out Of This! requires itself to be done on a Chunin or higher rank ninja being deployed. So can someone please put up a list of ranks from lowest rank to highest rank. I would greatly appreciate it. If you don't feel like doing that, just please let me know how rank goes and what is higher ranks Chunin or Rouge Ninja. Thanks in advance.

Then why is it in the Q & A Section that you can? Because it says that you do not have to pay the jutsu or mission because it is not deployed yet.

Ranks:
Academy Student
Genin
Chunin
Special Jonin
Jonin
Satoosa/Sannin

Not Ranks:
Rogue
ANBU
...anything aside from up above...

no ranked ninjas are just that. non-ranked. they stand outside of the rank chain. so, if a card effects Genin and lower, non-rank ninjas aren't effected. anything that says Rank X or above? doesn't touch them.

I found the thread you are talking about in the Q&A section, and I think this is just a case of Mr. Wheat putting in random stuff.

It doesn't state anywhere that the card works on him, only that the effect of the card (discarding a mission of jutsu) occurs after the effect of Stay Out of This!

Pretty much, ignore that ruling thing, as I can tell you 100% that Stay Out of This does not work on Sasuke [Thirst for Power].

I think Anbu falls with the special jonin rank
