Good Clone Status/Oil Naruto?

I'm having MAJOR trouble in finding a Naruto card with both Oil, for a Toad Deck, and Clone Status, so I can use Rasengan with more than just Jiraiya.

Last Minute Success from Curse has Oil when injured, and OP has Oil, but not CS, jutsu.

The Deck uses Needle ***o, Gamakichi, Gama, Ninja Toad, Toad Mouth Trap, Bunta (HitGW), and Jiraiya [Teaching of the Hidden Technique(or something), so I want to use a good Naruto for Rasengan, but not MaST, becuase he has no Oil. I was think about using Overflowing Power, but he doesn't have Clone Status

There is none. There are jutsu that give him Clone Status.

Then I don't know what to do! Should I use two Overflowing Power and one MaST? Or One OP and two MAST?

there are no Oil/Clone Narutos in print. Naru/Sakura has them both, though.

Naruto/Jiraiya has both, as well as Naruto/Sakura

Only the Platoon Narutos have both.

I know the card sucks compared to others, but what about Battle of Clones?
