Wind also got Tsunade, Shizune and Tsunade/Katsuyu platoon. These cards are pretty descent if used properly. And don't underestimate Gaara's new jutsus. They may be expensive to you, but wind is suppose to generate a lot of chakra so the cost shouldn't be an issue.

Jiraiya/Naruto is good. Lee/Guy is good. Sasuke/Kakashi is bleh.

I like the promos. The reason for 4 packs also because the tins are $15 this time so somebody doesnt havent spend $60 for a playset of a promo.
