Tsume could use Beast Mimicry and beat the 9-tailed Fox.
Konohamaru on Food Pills could suicide in a battle with Naruto.
Ninja Academy Sasuke could kill Chunin Shikamaru easily.....

You are correct that the nine tails is way way way way underpowered. LOL the temari shika platoon would overwhelm nine tails strait up. But any way every thing else means you have to add in other things such as BTL can freedori as many times as he wants but shika flex will kill him every time.

Actually BTL can only freedori once, per turn. But they should make a Nine tails that is really difficult to get out, but once its out you basically can't beat it, you have to over power it.

LOL. I didn't know BTL could only freedori once per turn. Psych I was just using it as a example of why different cards come into play not just having more combat than the other person.

The reason such-and-such could beat such-and-such is because this is a card game, not the anime. If a card's power is tremendously over anything else, then it disrupts the thing that a card game needs that an anime doesn't; balance.

Back on topic-yeah, things don't make sense, but thats a good thing. Otherwise, decks would run a Fourth Hokage, Jiraiya, and Nine Tails and own everything.
